Alaina Tucker has worked within all levels of businesses, from boutique web development to multinational corporations, bringing order to chaos and bright ideas into reality. After over a decade with McGraw-Hill Education, piloting multiple digital programs, she earned her PMP certification and moved fully into the digital project management space with Mightybytes. She was then employed at Vokal, where she acquired Scrum certification, adding Agile methodologies into her practice. This encouraged her to start building small-scale PMOs, starting with SnapMobile. Alaina is currently a freelance project management specialist, available for PM assignments, process workshops, and operations consulting.
